This guide shows you exactly how to login to the Asus RT-N16 router.

Find Your Asus RT-N16 Router IP Address

The first thing that we need to know in order to login to the Asus RT-N16 router is it's internal IP address.

You may have to try using a few different IP addresses from the list above. Just pick one and then follow the rest of this guide.

If later on in this guide you do not find your router using the IP address that you pick, then you can try different IP addresses until you get logged in. I will not hurt anything to try different IP addresses.

Login to the Asus RT-N16 Router

Your Asus RT-N16 is managed through a web-based interface. The way you manage it is by using a web browser like Firefox, Edge, or Chrome.

Enter Asus RT-N16 Internal IP Address

Type the internal IP address that you picked above in the address bar of your web browser. The address bar will look like this:

Press the Enter key on your keyboard. You will see a window asking for your Asus RT-N16 password.

You need to know your username and password to login to your Asus RT-N16. If you are not sure what the username and password are, then perhaps they are still set to the factory defaults. Try all of the Asus RT-N16 factory default usernames and passwords below.
