Find Your 2wire 2071-A Router IP Address

The first thing that we need to know in order to login to the 2wire 2071-A router is it's internal IP address.

You may have to try using a few different IP addresses from the list above. Just pick one and then follow the rest of this guide.

If you do not find your router's interface later in this guide, then try a different IP address. Keep trying different IP addresses until you find your router. It should be completely harmless to try different IP addresses.

Login to the 2wire 2071-A Router

The 2wire 2071-A is managed through a web-based interface. The way you manage it is by using a web browser like Firefox, Edge, or Chrome.

Enter 2wire 2071-A Internal IP Address

Either copy/paste or type the internal IP address of your 2wire 2071-A router into the address bar of your web browser. Your address bar should look something like this:

Press the Enter key on your keyboard. You should see a window asking for your 2wire 2071-A password.

2wire 2071-A Default Username and Password

You must know your 2wire 2071-A username and password in order to log in. It's possible that the router's password is still set to the factory default. Below is a list of all known 2wire 2071-A default usernames and passwords.

Enter your username and password in the dialog box that pops up. Keep trying them all until you get logged in.

2wire 2071-A Home Screen

After you get logged in you should see the 2wire 2071-A home screen, which looks like this:
